Meet Candie

As a fifth generation local Snoqualmie Valley resident, I enjoy working with clients looking to buy or sell locally in our great area. To meet your real estate goals, it’s important to work with a broker who has a great base of real estate knowledge, as well as a full understanding of the hyperlocal market. I bring both qualities to every transaction, along with a true passion for real estate and the Snoqualmie Valley.

My husband and I work in tandem as The Webb Group. We work with all types of clients and properties across cities including Issaquah, North Bend, Snoqualmie, Duvall, Bellevue, Fall City, Carnation, and Maple Valley. We’re known for going the distance to see each transaction through, keeping our clients’ best interests in mind.

I became a real estate broker in 2013, drawn to the industry by my love for homes, passion for serving others and negotiation skills. Before real estate, I worked as a Montessori preschool teacher and worked at Disney. Additionally, my husband and I worked in the construction field together for more than a decade. My prior work experience built a strong base of patience, professionalism, honesty, and integrity that I bring to my work as a real estate broker today.

My husband and I are fully committed to our buyers and sellers every step of the way, building trust by exceeding their expectations in every interaction. Today’s market is competitive, and we go the extra mile to navigate multiple-offer situations and help our clients reach their goals.

My hobbies include gardening, camping, and completing art projects. In my spare time, I also support North Bend Art & Industry, as well as various community events throughout the Snoqualmie Valley.

North Bend

North Bend sits in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains about 30 miles east of Seattle. This small community, best known for being the film location for the TV series Twin Peaks, is as beautiful as it is friendly. With Mt. Si looming over the town at more than 4,000 feet North Bend feels like a mountain town. It is in fact part of the Mountains to Sound Greenway, a collection of more than 1.5 million acres of wilderness and trails with watershed boundaries from Yakima to Puget Sound and the Snoqualmie River to the Cedar. It sits between Seattle and Ellensburg and provides a connection to the landscape of the Pacific Northwest for residents throughout Washington state.

But there are plenty of reasons to stay indoors in North Bend too. The McGrath hotel is on the National Register of Historic places and is currently home to Brickyard Brewing. The North Bend theater, an art deco beauty, has been running feature length films since it’s opening in 1941. Valley Center Stage allows residents to see and participate in comedy and dramatic productions. And the Snoqualmie Valley Museum has been showcasing the history of this area for more than 50 years. North Bend is also home to the distribution center for Nintendo for most of the western part of the United States and that processes more than 20,000 units per day. Due to its location just off Interstate 90 and its reputation as Twin Peaks hometown, tourism employs many folks here. The nearby Factory Outlet Stores are an economic driver for town as well. <

If you’d like to learn more about North Bend, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

“We had an excellent home buying experience with Candie and Rick Webb! They were incredibly supportive and helpful and really helped us through the process of buying a first home. They both made sure that our interests were maintained during the transaction and negotiated and stood up for us every step of the way. They never pushed us to make a rush decision and encouraged us to really talk through the options. As first time home buyers it was the best experience we could have hoped for!”

“Choosing a real estate agent is difficult, and I feel like we lucked out with Candie and Richard Webb. We had been casually looking for our dream home for a few years and had interviewed quite a few different agents and none had clicked or felt right, I am a pretty good judge of character and nobody else felt truly honest, genuine and competent. Then we met Candie and Richard, and I feel like they are the BEST agents in the business, they not only ticked all our boxes but went above and beyond. I felt like they cared so much about my family, and that they truly wanted to help us find our forever home, no matter how long that took or what speed we were comfortable with, we were still a high priority client. They were extremely low pressure and never made us feel like we were dealing with a sales team, but more so friends. They make the best team! Candie is a pro at negotiating and feeling out the situation. And Richard was always available on the ready to show us a home. Plus they are both so easy to get along with, very awesome people! We were buying in the Snoqualmie Valley area, where they are longtime residents themselves and they know the area well, and I had never realized how crucial that would be when house hunting. This means they knew the best areas, what areas had certain reputations (extremely important when looking a city covered in flood zones), how commonly homes popped up in certain neighborhoods and they are very familiar with most of the local agents. If we ever have real estate needs again, I won't settle for anyone other than the Webbs! They are top notch in skill, integrity and pure awesomeness.”
